You may cancel your order within 14 days, without giving a reason, free of charge and with nothing to send back.

Please note. If you ticked the box asking for the download to start immediately, and the download has started, your right of withdrawal is extinguished. You may still write to us and we will answer.

How to cancel

Fill in the four fields below and press Confirm cancellation. You do not have to give a reason.

We send you a dated and time-stamped acknowledgement of receipt by email, repeating what you told us. The refund is made within 14 days, in full, using the payment method you used for the order. No cost falls on you and there is nothing to send back.

If you prefer, you may instead use our model withdrawal form, or send any other clear written statement to hello@sendreturnstudio.com. All three ways are equally valid and equally free.
