Licence
In short
One licence, the same for the free pack and the paid ones.
You can use every sound, MIDI file and preset in your own music, commercial or not, worldwide, forever, with no credit.
You cannot pass the files on, alone or repackaged.
The licence is personal: your order email carries your name, order number and date, and that is your proof.

Version 1.0, 9 September 2026
1. What you may do
You may use the sounds in this product for commercial and non-commercial work, in an unlimited number of projects, with no further payment and no royalty ever due to Send Return Studio.
You may modify, edit, pitch, time-stretch, layer and process the sounds freely.
This licence expressly covers: records and digital releases, streaming platforms, online video, live DJ sets, recorded DJ sets and mixes, advertising, film, television, video games, podcasts and live performance.
2. Scope
This licence is non-exclusive, granted to a single user, worldwide, for the full term of copyright protection, and non-transferable.
It is perpetual. It does not depend on an active account, an active subscription, or continued access to any website.
3. What you may not do
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, share, lend or give away the files, whether as delivered or after modification;
- include the sounds in any competing product, including a sample pack, a virtual instrument, a preset bank, a construction kit or an expansion pack;
- redistribute an individual preset, loop or one-shot, whether on its own or grouped into a new product;
- use the files to train, develop or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, including voice cloning and audio generation models;
- register the sounds themselves with a performing rights organisation or a collecting society as your own work.
4. Using the sounds in a track
The sounds must be used within a musical work, mixed with other elements.
To be clear, and because other licences are not: leaving a loop playing on its own at some point in your track is fine. A breakdown, an intro or a drop built on a single loop from this pack is covered by this licence. What is not covered is publishing a loop, or a chain of our loops alone, as a finished release.
5. Presets and MIDI
Anything you create with the presets is yours, and can be used commercially with no royalty due.
The preset files and the MIDI files themselves remain ours. You may not resell or redistribute them, individually or grouped, converted to another format, or included in another preset bank.
6. Content ID and monetisation
You may monetise work containing these sounds on any platform.
Be aware that YouTube Content ID and similar systems match audio, not licences. Because these sounds are licensed to many people, a platform may still flag or refuse content it considers non-exclusive. That is the platform's decision, not a restriction of this licence. Do not register a track that consists mainly of our unmodified sounds with Content ID.
7. Governing law
This licence is governed by French law.
Nothing in this licence removes the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
8. Questions
Ten questions
Spotify, labels and streaming
Yes, on any label and any platform, with no credit.
YouTube Content ID
You can monetise your tracks. Do not register an unmodified loop as your own work: it would block other customers.
DJ sets and radio
Yes, live or recorded.
Sync for film, ads and games
Yes, as part of your own music.
Using a preset in a track I sell
Yes. The preset stays ours, the track is yours.
AI training
No. The files cannot be used to train or fine-tune a model.
Reselling a track that uses the sounds
Yes: the track is yours. Only the raw files cannot be resold.
Team or duo use
One licence per person. A duo buys two, or writes to us for a studio licence.
Refund and licence
If we refund a pack, the licence ends and the files must be deleted.
What if a label asks for proof
Send them your order email: it carries your name, order number and date.
