Before you buy
What is in a pack?
Exactly what the What's inside list on the pack page says, file by file, plus the licence PDF. Every preset comes with its MIDI file and its WAV preview.
Which DAW and which Serum version?
Presets need Serum 2: the exact version is on each pack page, under Requires. WAV and MIDI files open in any DAW.
Can I listen first?
Yes: every pack has 8 to 10 demos you can play on its page, and the free pack is the same quality as the paid ones.
Are the sounds royalty-free?
Yes. Releases, DJ sets, streams, videos, with no credit and no extra fee. You cannot resell or share the files themselves. Full licence: two minutes to read.
Why no discounts and no countdown?
We show one price and keep it. No timers, no fake stock, no crossed-out prices.
Getting your files
Where are my files?
On your order page, right after payment, and in the email called Your downloads are ready. No account needed.
I lost the link
Write to hello@sendreturnstudio.com with your order number, we resend it the same day.
How many times can I download?
10 downloads per purchase. Write to us if you need more.
The zip is big and my connection drops
Download it again from the order page; each attempt counts as one download.
Why the box in the cart?
European law gives you 14 days to change your mind on digital content, unless you ask for immediate delivery and accept to give up that right. The box is that request. We chose not to deliver without it: it protects you as much as us.
Refunds
14 days to change your mind, as long as you have not started the download. A file that does not open or a preset that will not load: we replace it or refund it.

Do packs get updated?
Updates are free: you get the new link by email.
Can I get an invoice?
It is attached to your order confirmation email. Write to us if you need it with other details.
How fast do you answer?
Within 24 hours on weekdays, in English or French.
