Our products are downloadable digital files.

In short

14 days to change your mind, as long as you have not started the download. A file that does not open or a preset that will not load: we replace it or refund it.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from your purchase to ask for a refund, as long as you have not started the download.

Before downloading, you are asked to expressly confirm that the download starts immediately and that you therefore waive your right of withdrawal. Once that confirmation is given and the download has started, a refund for a change of mind is no longer possible.

To withdraw, the simplest way is the "Cancel your contract here" page on this website. You may also use the model withdrawal form, or write to hello@sendreturnstudio.com.

The refund is full, made within 14 days, using the payment method you used for the order. No cost falls on you and there is nothing to send back.

Faulty or non-conforming product

If a file is missing, unreadable, or does not match its description, write to us within 14 days at hello@sendreturnstudio.com. We repair, replace or refund.

This guarantee applies for two years, independently of the right of withdrawal.
